BHIVE Makes History as India’s First Campus Workspace Company to Launch a Brand Film, Featuring Milind Soman

BHIVE Workspace Unveils First-Ever Brand Film with Milind Soman, Bringing Its Campus Workplace Vision to Life

BHIVE Workspace, India’s campus coworking company, has unveiled its first-ever brand film featuring Brand Ambassador Milind Soman, spotlighting its vision for a new kind of workplace—one that goes beyond traditional office infrastructure to support how people work, move, connect and recharge.

The brand film marks another step in BHIVE’s ambition to reshape the way workplaces are designed and experienced, while challenging conventional notions of what a workday should look like.

Built around humour, movement and everyday workplace moments, the film opens with Milind Soman navigating a cramped traditional office before transitioning into a BHIVE Campus. Here, the workday takes on a different rhythm, with walking meetings, focused work, pickleball, recreation and downtime seamlessly becoming part of the workplace experience.

In one of the film’s playful moments, BHIVE Founder & CEO Shesh Rao Paplikar joins Milind for a witty exchange that turns the familiar “elevator pitch” into Milind’s preferred “staircase pitch”—setting the tone for a workplace that encourages people to move, engage and experience more throughout their day.

At its core, the film reflects a broader evolution in workplace expectations. As organisations place greater emphasis on employee wellbeing, experience and community, BHIVE believes the workplace needs to offer more than a desk and meeting room. Its campus model is designed to create an environment where productivity can coexist with movement, recreation, social interaction and moments to recharge.

Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder & CEO, BHIVE Workspace, said, “As the first campus workspace company in India to unveil a brand film, we wanted to use this moment to make a larger statement about how the workplace is evolving. This film is not simply about showcasing BHIVE; it is about challenging the conventional idea of what an office can be. Milind was a natural choice to bring this vision to life because he embodies fitness, discipline and an active approach to everyday living. Through the film, we want to show that the modern workplace can extend beyond desks and meeting rooms to become a campus where people can work, move, connect and recharge. Ultimately, our ambition is to raise the bar for how people experience their workday.”

Milind Soman, Brand Ambassador, BHIVE Workspace, said, “Fitness has never been just about a workout for me. It is about discipline, purpose, resilience and, most importantly, how you choose to live every day. That is what made the association with BHIVE such a natural fit. The idea that you can work, move, play, meet people and recharge within the same environment feels very relevant to the way people want to live today. I think the film will make people recognise some of these everyday situations and perhaps even question whether their own workplace could be a little more energetic.”

The film builds on BHIVE’s ongoing association with Milind Soman, bringing together a shared philosophy around fitness, active living and long-term performance. This philosophy is reflected in BHIVE’s approach to creating fitness-led workplace environments that encourage movement and healthier routines as part of everyday work life.

BHIVE’s campuses bring together workspaces with sports and recreational facilities, including pickleball zones, cafés, lounges and community-led experiences. The objective is to create an environment where people can incorporate movement, social interaction and recreation into their workday without needing to leave the campus.

With the new brand film, BHIVE seeks to take this philosophy beyond its physical campuses and into a larger conversation around the future of work—one where the workplace is not simply a place to work, but an environment that can contribute to a more active, connected and balanced lifestyle.

The film closes with BHIVE’s proposition: “Elevate your lifestyle at work.”
