Innovation Hub UP Onboards Rapyder to Strengthen Technical Capabilities

Innovation Hub UP Partners with Rapyder to Accelerate Cloud and AI Adoption Among Startups

Rapyder Cloud Solutions (“Rapyder”), an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and one of India’s leading AWS partners, has been onboarded by Innovation Hub UP as its Technical Partner to support startups, student innovators and emerging ventures across Uttar Pradesh with access to cloud computing, Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

The partnership is aimed at strengthening the technology infrastructure available to the state’s growing startup ecosystem and helping innovators move more efficiently from early-stage ideas and prototypes to scalable, market-ready solutions.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was exchanged at UP Startup Samvad 3.0 in Lucknow in the presence of the Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel. The collaboration represents another step towards building a stronger technology-led innovation ecosystem in the state, with a focus on giving founders and young innovators access to the infrastructure, expertise and technical resources required to develop and scale their ventures.

Enabling the Next Generation of Innovators

As part of the partnership, Rapyder will work with Innovation Hub UP to help startups and student innovators overcome some of the technical and infrastructure challenges commonly faced during the early stages of building a business.

A key focus will be cloud enablement and access to AWS programmes. Through these initiatives, early-stage ventures will be able to explore AWS cloud infrastructure and startup credits, helping them access enterprise-grade technology without having to make significant upfront investments in infrastructure.

The partnership will also support the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI proof-of-concepts. As AI adoption accelerates across industries, startups are increasingly experimenting with AI-powered products and services. However, moving from an initial prototype to a secure, scalable and production-ready application can require specialised technical expertise.

Rapyder will provide technical guidance to help innovators navigate this transition, including identifying suitable cloud architectures, developing proof-of-concepts and exploring pathways towards production deployment.

The collaboration will additionally provide go-to-market assistance, helping promising ideas progress beyond technical validation towards commercially viable and market-ready ventures.

Bringing Cloud and AI Expertise Closer to Startups

The partnership builds on Rapyder’s continued focus on supporting India’s startup ecosystem through cloud migration, managed cloud services and AI solutions.

By working with Innovation Hub UP, Rapyder will extend these capabilities to a broader community of founders, student innovators and emerging businesses across Uttar Pradesh. The objective is to make advanced cloud and AI technologies more accessible to entrepreneurs who may otherwise face barriers related to cost, infrastructure or specialised technical knowledge.

For startups, access to scalable cloud infrastructure can be particularly important during periods of rapid growth. Cloud-based technology allows businesses to scale computing resources as demand changes, while also providing access to a broad range of development, data and AI tools.

The growing availability of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities adds another dimension to this opportunity. Startups can use these technologies to explore applications across areas such as customer service, software development, data analysis, automation and industry-specific workflows.

Through the partnership, innovators in Uttar Pradesh will have access not only to these technologies but also to technical guidance aimed at helping them understand where and how they can be deployed effectively.

Supporting the Journey from Prototype to Market

Vamsi Krishna Yevvari, Chief Marketing Officer, Rapyder Cloud Solutions, said: “Uttar Pradesh has no shortage of ambition — what founders need is the right technology to turn that ambition into scale. As Technical Partner to Innovation Hub UP, we’re putting the same cloud and Generative AI capabilities that power some of India’s fastest-growing businesses directly into the hands of the state’s next generation of builders — supporting them from the first prototype to market-ready innovation.”

The partnership is particularly significant for student innovators, who are increasingly becoming an important part of India’s startup and technology ecosystem. Early access to cloud platforms, AI tools and technical mentorship can help students test ideas, develop working prototypes and gain practical exposure to technologies that are shaping the future of business.

For Innovation Hub UP, collaboration with technology partners such as Rapyder can also help bridge the gap between innovation and implementation. While ideas and entrepreneurial ambition are critical to building a startup, access to the right technology and expertise can determine how quickly those ideas can be validated and taken to market.

Building Uttar Pradesh’s Technology Ecosystem

Uttar Pradesh has been expanding its focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology-led economic development, with startups and student innovators playing an increasingly important role in this ecosystem.

The Rapyder partnership adds a technology enablement layer to these efforts, providing startups with access to cloud infrastructure and emerging AI capabilities while helping them build the technical foundations needed for long-term growth.

Gunjan Agrawal, Head – BDR, Rapyder Cloud Solutions, said: “Partnerships like this one are how we turn ambition into infrastructure for India’s founders. Working with Innovation Hub UP gives us a direct line to the innovators and student entrepreneurs shaping Uttar Pradesh’s future. We’re committed to backing them with the AWS cloud architecture, Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities they need to build, validate and scale.”

The collaboration is expected to create opportunities for startups to experiment with new technologies while reducing some of the technical barriers associated with building and scaling digital products.

As AI continues to reshape industries and cloud computing becomes increasingly central to how modern businesses operate, partnerships that combine institutional startup support with specialised technology expertise could play a key role in helping emerging companies compete in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

With Rapyder serving as its Technical Partner, Innovation Hub UP aims to give the state’s founders and student innovators a stronger technology foundation — helping transform ideas into prototypes, prototypes into products and promising ventures into scalable businesses.
